Ayyub bin Musa narrated from his father, from his grandfather, that the Messenger of Allah said : There is no gift that a father gives his son more virtuous than good manners.
حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْجَهْضَمِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَامِرُ بْنُ أَبِي عَامِرٍ الْخَزَّازُ، حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ بْنُ مُوسَى، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ مَا نَحَلَ وَالِدٌ وَلَدًا مِنْ نَحْلٍ أَفْضَلَ مِنْ أَدَبٍ حَسَنٍ ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ لَا نَعْرِفُهُ إِلَّا مِنْ حَدِيثِ عَامِرِ بْنِ أَبِي عَامِرٍ الْخَزَّازِ وَهُوَ عَامِرُ بْنُ صَالِحِ بْنِ رُسْتُمَ الْخَزَّازُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَأَيُّوبُ بْنُ مُوسَى هُوَ ابْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْعَاصِي، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَهَذَا عِنْدِي حَدِيثٌ مُرْسَلٌ.
عمرو بن سعید بن عاص کہتے ہیں کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”حسن ادب سے بہتر کسی باپ نے اپنے بیٹے کو تحفہ نہیں دیا“۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- یہ حدیث غریب ہے، ہم اسے صرف عامر بن ابوعامر خزاز کی روایت سے جانتے ہیں، اور عامر صالح بن رستم خزاز کے بیٹے ہیں، ۲- راوی ایوب بن موسیٰ سے مراد ایوب بن موسیٰ بن عمرو بن سعید بن عاص ہیں، ۳- یہ حدیث میرے نزدیک مرسل ہے ۱؎۔

Your seeing for a man with bad sight is a charity for you, your removal of a rock, a thorn or a bone from the road is charity for you. Your pouring what remains from your bucket into the bucket of your brother is charity for you.
