Narrated Usaid bin Hudair: A man came to the Prophet and said, O Allah's Apostle! You appointed such-and-such person and you did not appoint me? The Prophet said, After me you will see rulers not giving you your right (but you should give them their right) and be patient till you meet me.
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَرْعَرَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ، عَنْ أُسَيْدِ بْنِ حُضَيْرٍ ، أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَتَى النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَقَالَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، اسْتَعْمَلْتَ فُلَانًا وَلَمْ تَسْتَعْمِلْنِي ؟ ، قَالَ : إِنَّكُمْ سَتَرَوْنَ بَعْدِي أَثَرَةً فَاصْبِرُوا حَتَّى تَلْقَوْنِي .
ہم سے محمد بن عرعرہ نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے شعبہ نے بیان کیا، ان سے قتادہ نے، ان سے انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ نے اور ان سے اسید بن حضیر رضی اللہ عنہ نے   ایک صاحب ( خود اسید ) نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوئے اور عرض کیا: یا رسول اللہ! آپ نے فلاں عمرو بن العاص کو حاکم بنا دیا اور مجھے نہیں بنایا۔ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ تم لوگ انصاری میرے بعد اپنی حق تلفی دیکھو گے تو قیامت تک صبر کرنا یہاں تک کہ تم مجھ سے آ ملو۔

Narrated Zainab bint Jahsh: The Prophet got up from his sleep with a flushed red face and said, None has the right to be worshipped but Allah. Woe to the Arabs, from the Great evil that is nearly approaching them. Today a gap has been made in the wall of Gog and Magog like this.
