Narrated 'Ali bin abi Talib: My ear heard from the mouth of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), while he was saying: 'Talhah and Az-Zubair are my neighbors in Paradise.'
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْقُدُّوسِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْعَطَّارُ الْبَصْرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَاصِمٍ، عَنْ إِسْحَاق بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ طَلْحَةَ، عَنْ عَمِّهِ مُوسَى بْنِ طَلْحَةَ، قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ دَخَلْتُ عَلَى مُعَاوِيَةَ،‏‏‏‏ فَقَالَ:‏‏‏‏ أَلَا أُبَشِّرُكَ ؟ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ:‏‏‏‏ طَلْحَةُ مِمَّنْ قَضَى نَحْبَهُ . قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ هَذَا غَرِيبٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏لَا نَعْرِفُهُ مِنْ حَدِيثِ مُعَاوِيَةَ إِلَّا مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ.
موسیٰ بن طلحہ کہتے ہیں کہ   میں معاویہ رضی الله عنہ کے پاس آیا تو انہوں نے کہا: کیا میں تمہیں یہ خوشخبری نہ سناؤں کہ میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے: ”طلحہ ان لوگوں میں سے ہیں جن کے سلسلہ میں اللہ نے فرمایا ہے کہ وہ اپنا کام پورا کر چکے ہیں“ ۱؎۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: یہ حدیث غریب ہے، ہم اسے معاویہ رضی الله عنہ کی روایت سے صرف اسی سند سے جانتے ہیں۔

Narrated Musa bin Talhah: I entered upon Mu'awiyah and he said: 'Shall I not give you some good news?' I said: 'Of course!' He said: 'I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) saying: 'Talhah is among those fulfilled their vow (referring to 33:23).'

Narrated Musa and 'Eisa, the sons of Talhah: from their father: The Companions of the Prophet (ﷺ) said, to an unknowing Bedouin man: 'Ask him who it is that has fulfilled his vow.' They were not in the habit of asking questions out of their respect and reverence for him. So the Bedouin asked him, but he turned away from him. Then he asked him again, but he turned away from him. Then again he asked him, but he turned away from him. Then I stood looking from the door of the Masjid, while I was wearing a green garment, and I saw the Prophet (ﷺ), he said: 'Where is the one who was asking about the one who fulfilled his vow?' The Bedouin said: 'Here I am O Messenger of Allah!' The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'This is one who has fulfilled his vow.'

Narrated 'Abdullah bin Az-Zubair: from Az-Zubair, who said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) gathered together his parents for me the Day of Quraizah, (i.e. the battle of Ahzab) and said: 'May my mother and father be ransomed for you.'

Narrated Jabir [may Allah be pleased with him]: that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: Indeed, every Prophet has a Hawari and, [indeed], my Hawari is Az-Zubair [bin Al-'Awwam]. And Abu Na'im added in it: On the Day of Al-Ahzab, he (ﷺ) said: 'Who will bring us news about their party?' Az-Zubair said: 'I will.' He said it three times. Az-Zubair said (each time): 'I will.'

Narrated Hisham bin 'Urwah: On the Day of (the battle of) Al-Jamal, Az-Zubair echorted his son 'Abdullah, saying: 'There is not a part of me except that it has been injured while with the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ),' until that ended with his private parts.
