It was narrated that 'Aishah said: The Messenger of Allah said: 'There is no vow to commit an act of disobedience.'

أَخْبَرَنَا كَثِيرُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ،‏‏‏‏ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ الزُّبَيْدِيِّ،‏‏‏‏ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ،‏‏‏‏ أَنَّهُ بَلَغَهُ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ،‏‏‏‏ قَالَتْ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ لَا نَذْرَ فِي مَعْصِيَةٍ .

ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: معصیت ( گناہ کے کاموں ) میں نذر نہیں ۔
