It was narrated from 'Aishah that the Messenger of Allah said: There is no vow to commit an act of disobedience, and its expiation is the expiation for an oath.

أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاق بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ،‏‏‏‏ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ أَنْبَأَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ،‏‏‏‏ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ،‏‏‏‏ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْعَائِشَةَ،‏‏‏‏ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ لَا نَذْرَ فِي مَعْصِيَةٍ،‏‏‏‏ وَكَفَّارَتُهُ كَفَّارَةُ يَمِينٍ .

ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: معصیت ( گناہوں کے کاموں ) میں نذر نہیں، اور اس کا کفارہ قسم کا کفارہ ہے ۔
