It was narrated from 'Aishah that the Messenger of Allah said: There is no vow to commit an act of disobedience, and its expiation is the expiation for an oath.

أَخْبَرَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ مُوسَى الْفَرَوِيُّ،‏‏‏‏ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو ضَمْرَةَ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ يُونُسَ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ،‏‏‏‏ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَلَمَةَ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْعَائِشَةَ،‏‏‏‏ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ لَا نَذْرَ فِي مَعْصِيَةٍ،‏‏‏‏ وَكَفَّارَتُهَا كَفَّارَةُ الْيَمِينِ .

ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: معصیت ( گناہوں کے کاموں ) میں نذر نہیں اور اس کا کفارہ قسم کا کفارہ ہے ۔
