Aishah said: The Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم liked sweet meats and honey. The narrator then mentioned a part of the tradition mentioned above. The Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم felt it hard on him to find smell from him. In this tradition saudah said: but you ate gum ? He said: No, I drank honey. Hafsah gave it to me to drank. I said: Its bees ate ‘urfut. Abu Dawud said: Maghafir is a gum ; jarasat means ate; ’urfut is a bees ‘ plant.
