Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Apostle said, The (good) dream of a faithful believer is a part of the forty-six parts of prophetism.

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ قَزَعَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : رُؤْيَا الْمُؤْمِنِ جُزْءٌ مِنْ سِتَّةٍ وَأَرْبَعِينَ جُزْءًا مِنَ النُّبُوَّةِ ، وَرَوَاهُ ثَابِتٌ ، وَحُمَيْدٌ ، وَإِسْحَاقُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، وَشُعَيْبٌ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ .

ہم سے یحییٰ بن قزعہ نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا ہم سے ابراہیم بن سعد نے بیان کیا، ان سے زہری نے بیان کیا، ان سے سعید بن المسیب نے بیان کیا، اور ان سے ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ”مومن کا خواب نبوت کے چھیالیس حصوں میں سے ایک حصہ ہوتا ہے۔“ اس کی روایت ثابت، حمید، اسحاق بن عبداللہ اور شعیب نے انس رضی اللہ عنہ سے کی انہوں نے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے۔
