Narrated Ibn `Abbas: When the Prophet was cupped, he paid the man who cupped him his wages.

حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ، حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ طَاوُسٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ : احْتَجَمَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَأَعْطَى الْحَجَّامَ .

ہم سے موسیٰ بن اسماعیل نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ ہم سے وہیب نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ ہم سے ابن طاؤس نے بیان کیا، ان سے ان کے باپ نے اور ان سے ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما نے بیان کیا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے پچھنا لگوایا اور پچھنا لگانے والے کو اجرت بھی دی۔ اگر پچھنا لگوانا ناجائز ہوتا تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نہ پچھنا لگواتے نہ اجرت دیتے۔

Narrated Ibn `Abbas: When the Prophet was cupped, he paid the man who cupped him his wages. If it had been undesirable he would not have paid him.
