Narrated Ibn `Abbas: When the Prophet was cupped, he paid the man who cupped him his wages. If it had been undesirable he would not have paid him.

حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ : احْتَجَمَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَأَعْطَى الْحَجَّامَ أَجْرَهُ ، وَلَوْ عَلِمَ كَرَاهِيَةً لَمْ يُعْطِهِ .

ہم سے مسدد نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ ہم سے یزید بن زریع نے بیان کیا، ان سے خالد نے، ان سے عکرمہ نے اور ان سے ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما نے بیان کیا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے پچھنا لگوایا اور پچھنا لگانے والے کو اجرت بھی دی، اگر اس میں کوئی کراہت ہوتی تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کا ہے کو دیتے۔
