Abdullah bin Mughaffal narrated that : the Prophet prohibited that a man should urinate in his bathing area. And he said: It will only cause misgivings. [He said:] There are narrations on This topic from a man from among the Companions of the Prophet.

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ،‏‏‏‏ وَأَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُوسَى مَرْدَوَيْهِ،‏‏‏‏ قَالَا:‏‏‏‏ أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُغَفَّلٍ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى أَنْ يَبُولَ الرَّجُلُ فِي مُسْتَحَمِّهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَقَالَ:‏‏‏‏ إِنَّ عَامَّةَ الْوَسْوَاسِ مِنْهُ . قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ هَذَا غَرِيبٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏لَا نَعْرِفُهُ مَرْفُوعًا إِلَّا مِنْ حَدِيثِ أَشْعَثَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ،‏‏‏‏ وَيُقَالُ لَهُ:‏‏‏‏ أَشْعَثُ الْأَعْمَى، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَقَدْ كَرِهَ قَوْمٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ الْبَوْلَ فِي الْمُغْتَسَلِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَقَالُوا:‏‏‏‏ عَامَّةُ الْوَسْوَاسِ مِنْهُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَرَخَّصَ فِيهِ بَعْضُ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏مِنْهُمْ:‏‏‏‏ ابْنُ سِيرِينَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَقِيلَ لَهُ:‏‏‏‏ إِنَّهُ يُقَالُ:‏‏‏‏ إِنَّ عَامَّةَ الْوَسْوَاسِ مِنْهُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقَالَ:‏‏‏‏ رَبُّنَا اللَّهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ،‏‏‏‏ وقَالَ ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ:‏‏‏‏ قَدْ وُسِّعَ فِي الْبَوْلِ فِي الْمُغْتَسَلِ إِذَا جَرَى فِيهِ الْمَاءُ. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا بِذَلِكَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدَةَ الْآمُلِيُّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ حِبَّانَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ.

عبداللہ بن مغفل رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ عبداللہ بن مغفل ؓ کہتے ہیں کہ نبی اکرم ﷺ نے اس بات سے منع فرمایا ہے کہ آدمی اپنے غسل خانہ میں پیشاب کرے اور فرمایا : ” زیادہ تر وسوسے اسی سے پیدا ہوتے ہیں “ ۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں : ۱- اس باب میں ایک اور صحابی سے بھی روایت ہے ، ۲- یہ حدیث غریب ہے ، ہم اسے صرف اشعث بن عبداللہ کی روایت سے مرفوع جانتے ہیں ، انہیں اشعث اعمی بھی کہا جاتا ہے ، ۳- اہل علم میں سے کچھ لوگوں نے غسل خانے میں پیشاب کرنے کو مکروہ قرار دیا ہے ، ان لوگوں کا کہنا ہے کہ زیادہ تر وسوسے اسی سے جنم لیتے ہیں ، ۴- بعض اہل علم نے اس کی رخصت دی ہے جن میں سے ابن سیرین بھی ہیں ، ابن سیرین سے کہا گیا : کہا جاتا ہے کہ اکثر وسوسے اسی سے جنم لیتے ہیں ؟ تو انہوں نے جواب دیا کہ ہمارا رب اللہ ہے ، اس کا کوئی شریک نہیں ، عبداللہ بن مبارک کہتے ہیں کہ غسل خانے میں پیشاب کرنے کو جائز قرار دیا گیا ہے ، بشرطیکہ اس میں سے پانی بہ جاتا ہو

Abu Hurairah narrated that : Allah's Messenger said: If it were not that it would be difficult on my nation, then I would have ordered them to use the Siwak for each prayer.

Zaid bin Khalid Al-Juhani said : 'I heard Allah's Messenger saying: 'If it were not that it would be difficult on my nation then, I would have ordered them to use the Siwak for each prayer and to delay the Isha prayer until the third of the night.' He [Abu Salamah, one of the narrators] said: Zaid bin Khalid wouId attend the prayer in the Masjid and his Siwak would be on his ear in the location of the pen on the ear of a writer. He would not get up to pray without cleaning his teeth, then returning it to its location.

Abu Hurairah reported that the : Prophet said: When on of you awakens in the night, then let him not put his hand into the vessel until he has poured water on two times, or three times, for indeed he does not know where his hand has spent the night.

Salamah bin Qais narrated that : Allah's Messenger said: When you perform Wudu then sniff water in the nose and blow it out, and when you use small stones (to remove filth) then make it odd (numbered).
