Narrated Anas: that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: No Muslim plants a plant or sows a crop, then a person, or a bird, or an animal eats from it, except that it will be charity for him.

حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ،‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ أَنَسٍ،‏‏‏‏ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ مَا مِنْ مُسْلِمٍ يَغْرِسُ غَرْسًا،‏‏‏‏ أَوْ يَزْرَعُ زَرْعًا،‏‏‏‏ فَيَأْكُلُ مِنْهُ إِنْسَانٌ،‏‏‏‏ أَوْ طَيْرٌ،‏‏‏‏ أَوْ بَهِيمَةٌ،‏‏‏‏ إِلَّا كَانَتْ لَهُ صَدَقَةٌ . قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ وَفِي الْبَاب،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ،‏‏‏‏ وَجَابِرٍ،‏‏‏‏ وَأُمِّ مُبَشِّرٍ،‏‏‏‏ وَزَيْدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ حَدِيثُ أَنَسٍ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ.

انس رضی الله عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”جو بھی مسلمان کوئی درخت لگاتا ہے یا فصل بوتا ہے اور اس میں سے انسان یا پرند یا چرند کھاتا ہے تو وہ اس کے لیے صدقہ ہوتا ہے“۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- انس رضی الله عنہ کی حدیث حسن صحیح ہے، ۲- اس باب میں ابوایوب، جابر، ام مبشر اور زید بن خالد رضی الله عنہم سے بھی احادیث آئی ہیں۔

Narrated Ibn 'Umar: The Prophet (ﷺ) made a deal with the people of Khaibar for half of what was produced from it, whether fruits or crops.

Narrated Rafi' bin Khadij: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) forbade us from a matter that was of benefit for us. When one of us had some land and we would let someone use it for a portion of its produce or some Dirham. He said: 'When one of you has some land then let him grant it to his brother, or let him farm it.'

Narrated Ibn 'Abbas: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) did not prohibit share-cropping. But he ordered that they be helpful with each other.

Narrated Ibn Mas'ud: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) judged for the accidental blood-Money: Twenty Bint Makhad, twenty make Ibn Makhad, twenty Bint Labunm twenty Jadha'ah, and twenty Hiqqah. (Another chain) with similar meaning.

Narrated Amr bin Shu'aib: from his father, from his grandfather that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: Whoever kills [a believer] deliberately, he is handed over to the guardians of the one killed. If they wish to, they have him killed, and if they wish to, they take the blood-money. That is thirty Hiqqah, thirty Jadha'ahs and forty pregnant camels. Whatever (amount more) they require from him, than that is for them (if they choose). THat is because of the severity of blood-money.
