It was narrated that 'Aishah said: The Messenger of Allah said: 'Woe to the heels because of Hell-fire.'

قَالَ الْقَطَّانُ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو حَاتِمٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمُؤْمِنِ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ السَّلَامِ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِيهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَتْ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ وَيْلٌ لِلْأَعْقَابِ مِنَ النَّارِ .

ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ایڑیوں کو دھونے میں کوتاہی کرنے والوں کے لیے آگ کی تباہی ہے ۔

It was narrated that Abu Salamah said: Aishah saw 'Abdur-Rahman performing abluti0on, and she said: Perform ablution properly, for I heard the Messenger of Allah say: 'Woe to the Achilles' tendon because of Hell-fire.'
