It was narrated from ‘Ali that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “The best remedy is the Qur’an.”

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْكِنْدِيُّ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سَعَّادُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «خَيْرُ الدَّوَاءِ الْقُرْآنُ»

علی رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: بہترین دوا قرآن مجید ہے ۔
