It was narrated from 'Aishah that: The Prophet [SAW] said: Do not soak (fruits) in Ad-Dubba', An-Naqir, Al-Hantam, and every intoxicant is unlawful.

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ زَبْرٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ لَا تَنْبِذُوا فِي الدُّبَّاءِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَلَا الْمُزَفَّتِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَلَا النَّقِيرِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَكُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ حَرَامٌ .

ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”کدو کی تونبی، روغنی برتن اور لکڑی کے برتن میں نبیذ نہ بناؤ، اور ( فرمایا: ) ”ہر نشہ لانے والی شے حرام ہے“۔
