It was narrated from 'Ubaidullah bin 'Abdullah that: He entered upon Abu Talhah Al-Ansari to visit him (when he was sick), and he found Sahl bin Hunaif there. Abu Talhah told someone to remove a blanket from beneath him, and Sahl said to him: Why do you want to remove it? He said: Because there are images on it, and the Messenger of Allah [SAW] said what you know concerning them. He said: Did he not say: Except for patterns on fabrics? He said: Yes, but this makes me feel more comfortable.
