It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Prophet said: No tow-dweller should sell for desert-dweller, no man should outbid his brother; and no woman should ask for her sister (in faith) to be divorced so as to turn over what is in her bowl (deprive her of her share of maintenance)
حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى،‏‏‏‏ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ،‏‏‏‏ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ،‏‏‏‏ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ لَا يَبِيعُ حَاضِرٌ لِبَادٍ،‏‏‏‏ وَلَا تَنَاجَشُوا،‏‏‏‏ وَلَا يَزِيدُ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى بَيْعِ أَخِيهِ،‏‏‏‏ وَلَا تَسْأَلِ الْمَرْأَةُ طَلَاقَ أُخْتِهَا لِتَسْتَكْفِئَ بِهِ مَا فِي صَحْفَتِهَا .
ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ   نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”کوئی شہری کسی دیہاتی کا سامان نہ بیچے، اور نہ کوئی فرضی بھاؤ پر بھاؤ بڑھانے کا کام کرے، اور نہ آدمی اپنے بھائی کی بیع پر اضافہ کرے، اور نہ عورت اپنی سوکن کی طلاق کا مطالبہ کرے تاکہ جو اس کے برتن میں ہے اسے اپنے میں انڈیل لے“۔
