It was narrated from Abu Sa' eed Al- Khudri that: the Messenger of Allah forbade Mulamasah, which means touching a garment without looking at it, and Munabadha, which is where one man sells his garment to another man, by throwing it to him, without him checking it or looking at it.
أَخْبَرَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ إِسْحَاق،‏‏‏‏ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ،‏‏‏‏ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ عُقَيْلٍ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ،‏‏‏‏ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ أَخْبَرَنِي عَامِرُ بْنُ سَعْدِ بْنِ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ،‏‏‏‏ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ نَهَى عَنِ الْمُلَامَسَةِ لَمْسِ الثَّوْبِ لَا يَنْظُرُ إِلَيْهِ،‏‏‏‏ وَعَنِ الْمُنَابَذَةِ وَهِيَ طَرْحُ الرَّجُلِ ثَوْبَهُ إِلَى الرَّجُلِ بِالْبَيْعِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُقَلِّبَهُ أَوْ يَنْظُرَ إِلَيْهِ .
ابو سعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے بیع ملامسہ سے منع فرمایا، اور وہ یہ ہے کہ آدمی کپڑے کو چھو لے اسے اندر سے دیکھے بغیر ( اور بیع ہو جائے ) اور منابذہ سے منع فرمایا، اور منابذہ یہ ہے کہ آدمی اپنا کپڑا دوسرے کی طرف بیع کے ساتھ پھینکے اس سے پہلے کہ وہ اسے الٹ پلٹ کر دیکھے ۱؎۔
