It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said: Part of the Talbiyah of the Messenger of Allah was: 'Labbaika ilahal-haqq (Here I am, O God of truth). (Sahih) Abu 'Abdur-Rahman (An-Nasa'i) said: I do not know of anyone who narrated a chain for this from 'Abdullah bin Al-Fadl except for 'Abdul-Aziz. Ismail bin Umayyah reported it from him in Mursal form.
أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْفَضْلِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ الْأَعْرَجِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ كَانَ مِنْ تَلْبِيَةِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ لَبَّيْكَ إِلَهَ الْحَقِّ ،‏‏‏‏ قَالَ أَبُو عَبْد الرَّحْمَنِ:‏‏‏‏ لَا أَعْلَمُ أَحَدًا أَسْنَدَ هَذَا عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْفَضْلِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏إِلَّا عَبْدَ الْعَزِيزِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏رَوَاهُ إِسْمَاعِيل بْنُ أُمَيَّةَ عَنْهُ مُرْسَلًا.
ابوہریرہ رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ   نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے تلبیہ میں «لبيك إله الحق» بھی تھا۔ ابوعبدالرحمٰن نسائی کہتے ہیں: میں نہیں جانتا کہ عبدالعزیز کے علاوہ اس حدیث کو کسی نے بواسطہ عبداللہ بن فضل مسند قرار دیا ہے، اسماعیل بن امیہ نے اسے عبداللہ بن فضل سے مرسلاً روایت کیا ہے۔
