Translation

It was narrated from Khallad bin As-Sa'ib, from his father that the Messenger of Allah said: Jibril came to me and said: 'O Muhammad! Tell your Companions to rise their voices when reciting the Talbiyah.

أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاق بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ أَنْبَأَنَا سُفْيَانُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ خَلَّادِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِيهِ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ جَاءَنِي جِبْرِيلُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقَالَ لِي:‏‏‏‏ يَا مُحَمَّدُ مُرْ أَصْحَابَكَ أَنْ يَرْفَعُوا أَصْوَاتَهُمْ بِالتَّلْبِيَةِ .

سائب رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”میرے پاس جبرائیل آئے اور انہوں نے مجھ سے کہا: محمد! آپ اپنے اصحاب کو حکم دیجئیے کہ وہ تلبیہ میں اپنی آواز بلند کریں“۔
