It was narrated that 'Aishah said: I put perfume on the Messenger of Allah when he decided to enter Ihram, and when he exited Ihram, before he exited Ihram, with my own hand. ''

أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَمْرٍو، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ سَالِمٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَتْ:‏‏‏‏ طَيَّبْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عِنْدَ إِحْرَامِهِ حِينَ أَرَادَ أَنْ يُحْرِمَ وَعِنْدَ إِحْلَالِهِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُحِلَّ بِيَدَيَّ .

ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی الله عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو احرام باندھنے کے وقت جس وقت آپ نے احرام باندھنے کا ارادہ کیا اور احرام کھولنے کے وقت اس سے پہلے کہ آپ احرام کھولیں اپنے دونوں ہاتھوں سے خوشبو لگائی۔
