It was narrated that 'Aishah said: I used to put perfume on the Messenger of Allah when he entered Ihram, using the best perfume I could find.

أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ الْوَزِيرِ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ أَنْبَأَنَا شُعَيْبُ بْنُ اللَّيْثِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِيهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَتْ:‏‏‏‏ كُنْتُ أُطَيِّبُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عِنْدَ إِحْرَامِهِ بِأَطْيَبِ مَا أَجِدُ .

ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی الله عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ مجھے جو اچھی سے اچھی خوشبو مل سکتی تھی وہی میں آپ کو احرام باندھتے وقت لگاتی تھی۔
