It was narrated that 'Abdullah said: Take Sahur. 'Ubaidullah said: I do not know how he said it.

أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَيَّاشٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَاصِمٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ زِرٍّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ تَسَحَّرُوا ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ:‏‏‏‏ لَا أَدْرِي كَيْفَ لَفْظُهُ.

عبداللہ بن مسعود رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں سحری کھاؤ۔ عبیداللہ کہتے ہیں: میں نہیں جانتا کہ اس کے الفاظ کیا تھے؟

It was narrated that Anas said: The Messenger of Allah said: 'Take Sahur, for in Sahur there is blessing. 'Ata said: someone who heard him told me that Ibn 'Umar (said) that the Prophet said: 'Whoever fasts every day of his life, then he has not fasted.
