Narrated Abu Hurairah: When the Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم began his prayer, he raised his hands extensively.
حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ ابْنِ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ سَمْعَانَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا دَخَلَ فِي الصَّلَاةِ رَفَعَ يَدَيْهِ مَدًّا .
ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم جب نماز شروع کرتے تو اپنے دونوں ہاتھ لمبے کر کے اٹھاتے۔
