Arabic, english and urdu

Aishah said: the prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم said; Good tidings to you, Aishah, for Allah Most High has revealed your innocence. He then recited to her the Quranic verses. Her parents said: Kiss the head of the Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم. I said: Praise be to Allah, most High, not to you.

حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيل،‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ،‏‏‏‏ أَخْبَرَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ:‏‏‏‏ أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ،‏‏‏‏ قَالَتْ:‏‏‏‏ ثُمَّ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ تَعْنِي النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ أَبْشِرِي يَا عَائِشَةُ،‏‏‏‏ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ قَدْ أَنْزَلَ عُذْرَكِ،‏‏‏‏ وَقَرَأَ عَلَيْهَا الْقُرْآنَ،‏‏‏‏ فَقَالَ أَبَوَايَ:‏‏‏‏ قُومِي،‏‏‏‏ فَقَبِّلِي رَأْسَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ،‏‏‏‏ فَقُلْتُ:‏‏‏‏ أَحْمَدُ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ لَا إِيَّاكُمَا .

ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: عائشہ! خوش ہو جاؤ اللہ نے کلام پاک میں تیرے عذر سے متعلق آیت نازل فرما دی ہے اور پھر آپ نے قرآن پاک کی وہ آیتیں انہیں پڑھ کر سنائیں، تو اس وقت میرے والدین نے کہا: اٹھو اور رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے سر مبارک کو چوم لو، میں نے کہا: میں تو اللہ عزوجل کا شکر ادا کرتی ہوں ( کہ اس نے میری پاکدامنی کے متعلق آیتیں اتاریں ) نہ کہ آپ دونوں کا ( کیونکہ آپ دونوں کو بھی تو مجھ پر شبہ ہونے لگا تھا ) ۔

Narrated Ash-Shabi: The Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم received Jafar ibn Abu Talib, embraced him and kissed him between both of his eyes (forehead).

Narrated Abu Nadrah: Ilyas ibn Dighfal said: I saw Abu Nadrah kissing on the cheek of al-Hasan.

Narrated Al-Bara ibn Azib: I went in with Abu Bakr when he had newly come to Madina and he found his daughter Aishah lying down afflicted with fever. Abu Bakr went to her, and saying: How are you, girlie? kissed her on the cheek.

Narrated Abdullah ibn Umar: Ibn Umar told a story and said: We then came near the Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم and kissed his hand.

Narrated Usayd ibn Hudayr,: Abdur Rahman ibn Abu Layla, quoting Usayd ibn Hudayr, a man of the Ansar, said that while he was given to jesting and was talking to the people and making them laugh, the Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم poked him under the ribs with a stick. He said: Let me take retaliation. He said: Take retaliation. He said: You are wearing a shirt but I am not. The Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم then raised his shirt and the man embraced him and began to kiss his side. Then he said: This is what I wanted, Messenger of Allah!

Narrated al-Wazi ibn Zari: Umm Aban, daughter of al-Wazi ibn Zari, quoting his grandfather, who was a member of the deputation of AbdulQays, said: When we came to Madina, we raced to be first to dismount and kiss the hand and foot of the Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم. But al-Mundhir al-Ashajj waited until he came to the bundle of his clothes. He put on his two garments and then he went to the Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم. He said to him: You have two characteristics which Allah likes: gentleness and deliberation. He asked: Have I acquired them or has Allah has created (them) my nature? He replied: No, Allah has created (them) in your nature. He then said: Praise be to Allah Who has created in my nature two characteristics which Allah and His Messenger like.
