Narrated Aishah, Ummul Muminin: I never saw anyone more like the Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم in respect of gravity, calm deportment, pleasant disposition - according to al-Hasan's version: in respect of talk and speech. Al-Hasan did not mention gravity, calm deportment, pleasant disposition - than Fatimah, may Allah honour her face. When she came to visit him (the Prophet) he got up to (welcome) her, took her by the hand, kissed her and made her sit where he was sitting; and when he went to visit her, she got up to (welcome) him, took him by the hand, kissed him, and made him sit where she was sitting.

حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ،‏‏‏‏ وَابْنُ بَشَّارٍ،‏‏‏‏ قَالَا:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ،‏‏‏‏ أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ مَيْسَرَةَ بْنِ حَبِيبٍ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْالْمِنْهَالِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ بِنْتِ طَلْحَةَ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ أُمِّ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا،‏‏‏‏ أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ:‏‏‏‏ مَا رَأَيْتُ أَحَدًا كَانَ أَشْبَهَ سَمْتًا وَهَدْيًا وَدَلًّا،‏‏‏‏ وَقَالَ الْحَسَنُ:‏‏‏‏ حَدِيثًا وَكَلَامًا،‏‏‏‏ وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ الْحَسَنُ السَّمْتَ وَالْهَدْيَ وَالدَّلَّ بِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ،‏‏‏‏ مِنْ فَاطِمَةَ كَرَّمَ اللَّهُ وَجْهَهَا كَانَتْ إِذَا دَخَلَتْ عَلَيْهِ،‏‏‏‏ قَامَ إِلَيْهَا فَأَخَذَ بِيَدِهَا،‏‏‏‏ وَقَبَّلَهَا،‏‏‏‏ وَأَجْلَسَهَا فِي مَجْلِسِهِ،‏‏‏‏ وَكَانَ إِذَا دَخَلَ عَلَيْهَا،‏‏‏‏ قَامَتْ إِلَيْهِ،‏‏‏‏ فَأَخَذَتْ بِيَدِهِ،‏‏‏‏ فَقَبَّلَتْهُ وَأَجْلَسَتْهُ فِي مَجْلِسِهَا .

ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ میں نے طور طریق اور چال ڈھال میں فاطمہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے بڑھ کر رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے مشابہ کسی کو نہیں دیکھا ( حسن کی روایت میں بات چیت میں کے الفاظ ہیں، اور حسن نے «سمتا وهديا ودلا» ( طور طریق اور چال ڈھال ) کا ذکر نہیں کیا ہے ) وہ جب رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس آتیں تو آپ کھڑے ہو کر ان کی طرف لپکتے اور ان کا ہاتھ پکڑ لیتے، ان کو بوسہ دیتے اور اپنے بیٹھنے کی جگہ پر بٹھاتے، اور رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم جب ان کے پاس تشریف لے جاتے تو وہ آپ کے پاس لپک کر پہنچتیں، آپ کا ہاتھ تھام لیتیں، آپ کو بوسہ دیتیں، اور اپنی جگہ پر بٹھاتیں۔

Abu Hurairah said; Al-Aqra bin Habib saw that the Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم was kissing Husain. He said: I have ten children and I have never kissed any of them. The Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم said: He who does not show tenderness will not be shown tenderness.

Aishah said: the prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم said; Good tidings to you, Aishah, for Allah Most High has revealed your innocence. He then recited to her the Quranic verses. Her parents said: Kiss the head of the Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم. I said: Praise be to Allah, most High, not to you.

Narrated Al-Bara ibn Azib: I went in with Abu Bakr when he had newly come to Madina and he found his daughter Aishah lying down afflicted with fever. Abu Bakr went to her, and saying: How are you, girlie? kissed her on the cheek.
