Abu Musa reported the Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم as saying: Make intercession to me, you will be rewarded, for Allah decrees what he wishes by the tongue of his prophet.

حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ بُرَيْدِ بْنِ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِيهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ اشْفَعُوا إِلَيَّ لِتُؤْجَرُوا وَلْيَقْضِ اللَّهُ عَلَى لِسَانِ نَبِيِّهِ مَا شَاءَ .

ابوموسیٰ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: مجھ سے سفارش کرو تاکہ تم کو ( سفارش کا ) ثواب ملے، اور فیصلہ اللہ اپنے نبی کی زبان سے کرے گا جو اسے منظور ہو گا ۔
