Awf bin Malik al-Ashjai said: I came to the Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم at the expedition to Tabuk when he was in a small skin tent. I gave him a salutation and he returned it, saying: come in. I asked: the whole of me Messenger of Allah? He replied: The whole of you. So I entered.

حَدَّثَنَا مُؤَمَّلُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْعَلَاءِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ بُسْرِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي إِدْرِيسَ الْخَوْلَانِيِّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَوْفِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ الْأَشْجَعِيِّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ أَتَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي غَزْوَةِ تَبُوكَ وَهُوَ فِي قُبَّةٍ مِنْ أَدَمٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَسَلَّمْتُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَرَدَّ وَقَالَ:‏‏‏‏ ادْخُلْ،‏‏‏‏ فَقُلْتُ:‏‏‏‏ أَكُلِّي يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ،‏‏‏‏ قال:‏‏‏‏ كُلُّكَ فَدَخَلْتُ .

عوف بن مالک اشجعی رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں غزوہ تبوک میں رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس آیا، آپ چمڑے کے ایک خیمے میں قیام پذیر تھے، میں نے آپ کو سلام کیا تو آپ نے جواب دیا، اور فرمایا: اندر آ جاؤ تو میں نے کہا کہ پورے طور سے اللہ کے رسول! آپ نے فرمایا: پورے طور سے چنانچہ میں اندر چلا گیا۔

Narrated Abdullah ibn as-Saib ibn Yazid: The Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم said: None of you should take the property of his brother in amusement (i. e. jest), nor in earnest. The narrator Sulayman said: Out of amusement and out of earnest. If anyone takes the staff of his brother, he should return it. The transmitter Ibn Bashshar did not say Ibn Yazid, and he said: The Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم said.

Narrated Abdur Rahman ibn Abu Layla: The Companions of the Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم told us that they were travelling with the Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم. A man of them slept, and one of them went to the rope which he had with him. He took it, by which he was frightened. The Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم said: It is not lawful for a Muslim that he frightens a Muslim.

Narrated Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-As: The Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم said: Allah, the Exalted, hates the eloquent one among men who moves his tongue round (among his teeth), as cattle do.

Narrated Abu Hurairah: The Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم said: On the Day of resurrection Allah will not accept repentance or ransom from him who learns excellence of speech to captivate thereby the hearts of men, or of people.
