Tamim al-Dari reported the Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم as saying; Religion conduct; religion consists in sincere conduct. The people asked; to whom should it be directed, Messenger of Allah? He replied: To Allah, his book, his Messenger, the leaders (public authorities) of the believers and all the believers, and the leaders (public authorities) of Muslim and the Muslims and the Muslims in general.

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ،‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا سُهَيْلُ بْنُ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ تَمِيمٍ الدَّارِيِّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ إِنَّ الدِّينَ النَّصِيحَةُ إِنَّ الدِّينَ النَّصِيحَةُ إِنَّ الدِّينَ النَّصِيحَةُ،‏‏‏‏ قَالُوا:‏‏‏‏ لِمَنْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ لِلَّهِ وَكِتَابِهِ وَرَسُولِهِ وَأَئِمَّةِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَعَامَّتِهِمْ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَوْ أَئِمَّةِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ وَعَامَّتِهِمْ .

تمیم داری رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: یقیناً دین خیر خواہی کا نام ہے، یقیناً دین خیر خواہی کا نام ہے، یقیناً، دین خیر خواہی کا نام ہے لوگوں نے عرض کیا: اللہ کے رسول! کن کے لیے؟ آپ نے فرمایا: اللہ کے لیے، اس کی کتاب کے لیے، اس کے رسول کے لیے، مومنوں کے حاکموں کے لیے اور ان کے عام لوگوں کے لیے یا کہا مسلمانوں کے حاکموں کے لیے اور ان کے عام لوگوں کے لیے ۱؎ ۔

Narrated Jarir: I swore allegiance to the Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم promising to hear and obey, and behave sincerely towards every Muslim. Abu Zurah said: Whenever he sold and bought anything, he would say: What we took from you is dearer to us than what we gave you. So choose (as you like).

Abu Hurairah reported the prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم as saying: If anyone removes his brother’s anxiety of this world, Allah will remove for him one of the anxieties of the Day of resurrection; if anyone makes easy for an impoverished man, Allah will make easy for him in this world and on the day of resurrection; if anyone conceals a Muslim’s secrets, Allah will conceal his secrets in this world and on the Day of resurrection; Allah will remain in the aid of a servant so long as the servant remains in the aid of his brother. Abu Dawud said: Uthman did not transmit the following words from Abu Muawiyah: “if anyone makes easy for an impoverished man”.

Hudhaifah said: Your prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم said: Every good act is a SADAQAH (almsgiving).

Narrated Abud Darda: The Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم said: On the Day of Resurrection you will be called by your names and by your father's names, so give yourselves good names.

Ibn Umar reported the Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم as saying: Your names which are dearest to Allah are Abdullah and Abdur-Rahman.

Narrated Abu Wahb al-Jushami: The Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم said: Call yourselves by the names of the Prophets. The names dearest to Allah are Abdullah and Abdur Rahman, the truest are Harith and Hammam, and the worst are Harb and Murrah.
