The Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم therefore separated them and attributed the child to the woman. Abu Dawud said “The words narrated by Malik alone are “and he attributed the child to the woman. ” Abu Dawud said: The words narrated by Malik alone are: and he attributed the child to the woman. Yunus narrated from Al Zuhri on the authority of Sahl bin Saad in the tradition regarding li’an (invoking curses). He disowned her conception hence her child was attributed to her.
