Usamah bin Sharik said “I went out with the Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم to perform Hajj, and the people were coming to him. One would say “Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم I ran between Al Safa’ and Al Marwah before going round the Kaabah or I did something before the its proper time or did something after its proper time. He would reply “No harm will come; no harm will come except to one who defames a Muslim acting wrongfully. That is the one who will be in trouble and will perish.

حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ عِلَاقَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ شَرِيكٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ خَرَجْتُ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حَاجًّا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَكَانَ النَّاسُ يَأْتُونَهُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَمَنْ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏سَعَيْتُ قَبْلَ أَنْ أَطُوفَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَوْ قَدَّمْتُ شَيْئًا أَوْ أَخَّرْتُ شَيْئًا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَكَانَ يَقُولُ:‏‏‏‏ لَا حَرَجَ لَا حَرَجَ إِلَّا عَلَى رَجُلٍ اقْتَرَضَ عِرْضَ رَجُلٍ مُسْلِمٍ وَهُوَ ظَالِمٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَذَلِكَ الَّذِي حَرِجَ وَهَلَكَ .

اسامہ بن شریک رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ حج کے لیے نکلا، لوگ آپ کے پاس آتے تھے جب کوئی کہتا: اللہ کے رسول! میں نے طواف سے پہلے سعی کر لی یا میں نے ایک چیز کو مقدم کر دیا یا مؤخر کر دیا تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم فرماتے: کوئی حرج نہیں، کوئی حرج نہیں، حرج صرف اس پر ہے جس نے کسی مسلمان کی جان یا عزت و آبرو پامال کی اور وہ ظالم ہو، ایسا ہی شخص ہے جو حرج میں پڑ گیا اور ہلاک ہوا ۔

Narrated Kathir bin Kathir bin al-Muttalib bin Abi Wida'ah From his people on the authority of his grandfather: He saw that the Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم was praying at the place adjacent to the gate of Banu Sahm and the people were passing before him, and there was no covering (sutrah) between them. The narrator Sufyan said: There was no covering between him and the Kabah. Sufyan said: Ibn Juraij reported us stating that Kathir reported on the authority of his father saying: I did not hear my father say, but I heard some of my people on the authority of my grandfather.

Abu Hurairah said “When Allah, the Exalted, granted the conquest of Makkah to his Messenger, the Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم stood among them (the people) and praised Allaah and extolled Him. He then said, Verily Allaah stopped the Elephant from Makkah, and gave His Messenger and the believers sway upon it and it has been made lawful for me only for one hour on one day then it will remain sacred till the Day of Resurrection. Its trees are not to be cut, its game is not to be molested and the things dropped there are to be picked up only by one who publicly announces it. Abbas or Al Abbas suggested “Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم except the rush (idhkir) for it is useful for our graves and our houses. The Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم said “Except the rush. ” Abu Dawud said “Ibn Al Musaffa added on the authority of Al Walid Abu Shah a man from the people of the Yemen stood and said “Give me in writing, Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم”. The Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم said “Give in writing to Abu Shah. I said to Al Awza’i “What does the statement mean? Give Abu Shah in writing?” He said “This was an address which he heard from the Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم. ”

Narrated Aishah, Ummul Muminin: I said: Messenger of Allah, should we not build a house or a building which shades you from the sun? He replied: No, it is a place for the one who reaches there earlier.

Narrated Yala ibn Umayyah: The Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم said: Hoarding up food (to sell it at a high price) in the sacred territory is a deviation (from right to wrong).

Bakr bin Abdullah said “A man said to Ibn Abbas “What about the people of this House? They supply Nabidh to the public while their cousins provide milk, honey and mush (sawiq). Is this due to their niggardliness or need? Ibn Abbas replied “This is due neither to our niggardliness nor to our need, but the Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم (once) entered upon us on his riding beast and ‘Usamah bin Zaid was sitting behind him. The Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم called for drink. Nabidh was brought to him and he drank from it and gave its left over to Usamah bin Zaid who drank from it. The Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم then said “You have done a good and handsome deed and do it in a similar way. It is due to this we are doing so, we do not want to change what the Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلمhad said.
