Translation

Arabic, english and urdu

A'isha reported Allah's Messenger ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) as saying: A believer does not receive (the trouble) of running a thorn or more than that but Allah elevates him in rank or effaces his sins because of that.

و حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ وَأَبُو كُرَيْبٍ وَاللَّفْظُ لَهُمَا و حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَقُ الْحَنْظَلِيُّ قَالَ إِسْحَقُ أَخْبَرَنَا و قَالَ الْآخَرَانِ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ الْأَسْوَدِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَا يُصِيبُ الْمُؤْمِنَ مِنْ شَوْكَةٍ فَمَا فَوْقَهَا إِلَّا رَفَعَهُ اللَّهُ بِهَا دَرَجَةً أَوْ حَطَّ عَنْهُ بِهَا خَطِيئَةً

اعمش نے ابراہیم سے ، انہوں نے اسود سے ، انہوں نے حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے روایت کی ، انہوں نے کہا : رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا : " ایک مومن کو کوئی کانٹا نہیں چبھتا یا اس سے زیادہ کوئی تکلیف نہیں ہوتی مگر اللہ تعالیٰ اس سے اس کا ایک درجہ بلند کر دیتا ہے یا اس کی بنا پر اس کا ایک گناہ مٹا دیتا ہے ۔ "

A'isha reported Allah's Messenger ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) as saying: A believer does not undergo (the trouble) of running a thorn or more than that when Allah effaces his sins.

A'isha reported: Allah's Messenger ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) said: There is no trouble that comes to a believer except that it obliterates from his sins, even if it is the pricking of a thorn

A'isha said: No trouble comes to a believer even if it is the pricking of a thorn that it becomes (the means) whereby his sins are effaced or his sins are obliterated. Yazid says: He does not know which word 'Urwa said (whether he said Qussa or Kuffira).

A'isha reported: I heard Allah's Messenger ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) as saying: There is nothing (in the form of trouble) that comes to a believer even if it is the pricking of a thorn that there is decreed for him by Allah good or his sins are obliterated.

Abu Sa'id and abu Huraira reported that they heard Allah's Messenger ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) as saying: Never a believer is stricken with discomfort, hardship or illness, grief or even with mental worry that his sins are not expiated for him.
