Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) as saying: There is no transitive disease and he also reported along with it: The ill should not be taken to the healthy.
حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَاتِمٍ، وَحَسَنٌ الْحُلْوَانِيُّ، وَعَبْدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ - قَالَ عَبْدٌ: حَدَّثَنِي، وقَالَ الْآخَرَانِ - حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ يَعْنُونَ ابْنَ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ صَالِحٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو سَلَمَةَ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يُحَدِّثُ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لَا عَدْوَى» وَيُحَدِّثُ مَعَ ذَلِكَ «لَا يُورِدُ الْمُمْرِضُ عَلَى الْمُصِحِّ» بِمِثْلِ حَدِيثِ يُونُسَ.
  صالح نے ابن شہاب سے روایت کی ، کہا : مجھے ابو سلمہ بن عبدالرحمٰن نے بتایا : انھوں نے حضرت ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ کو حدیث بیان کرتے ہوئے سنا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فر ما یا : " کو ئی مرض خود بخود دوسرے کو نہیں لگ جا تا ۔ اور اس کے ساتھ یہ بیان کرتے " بیمار اونٹوں والا ( اپنے اونٹ ) صحت مند اونٹوں والے کے پاس نہ لا ئے ۔ " یو نس کی حدیث کے مانند ۔

Jabir b. 'Abdullah reported Allah's Apostle ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) as saying: There is no transitive disease, no safar, no ghoul. He (the narrator) said: I heard Abu Zubair say: Jabir explained for them the word safar. Abu Zubair said: safar means belly. It was said to Jabir: Why is it so? He said that it was held that safar implied the worms of the belly, but he gave no explanation of ghoul. Abu Zubair said: Ghoul is that which kills the travellers.

Abu Huraira reported: I heard Allah's Messenger ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) as saying: There is no divination but the best type is the good omen. It was said to Allah's Messenger ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ): What is good omen? Thereupon he said: A good word which one of you hears.
