Ali (Allah be pleased with him) heard that Ibn Abbas (Allah be pleased with them) gave some relaxation in connection with the contracting of temporary marriage, whereupon he said: Don't be hasty (in your religious verdict), Ibn 'Abbas, for Allah's Messenger ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) on the Day of Khaibar prohibited that forever - along with the eating of flesh of domestic asses.

وحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ نُمَيْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، وَعَبْدِ اللهِ، ابْنَيْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِمَا، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ يُلَيِّنُ فِي مُتْعَةِ النِّسَاءِ، فَقَالَ: «مَهْلًا يَا ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ، فَإِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْهَا يَوْمَ خَيْبَرَ، وَعَنْ لُحُومِ الْحُمُرِ الْإِنْسِيَّةِ»

عبیداللہ نے ابن شہاب سے ، انہوں نے محمد بن علی سے کے دونوں بیٹوں حسن اور عبداللہ سے ، ان دونوں نے اپنے والد ( محمد ابن حنفیہ ) سے ، اور انہوں نے ( اپنے والد ) حضرت علی رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کی کہ انہوں نے حضرت ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہ سے سنا ، وہ عورتوں سے متعہ کرنے کے بارے میں ( فتویٰ دینے میں ) نرمی سے کام لیتے ہیں ، انہوں نے کہا : ابن عباس! ٹھہریے! بلاشبہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے خیبر کے دن اس سے اور پالتو گدھوں کے گوشت سے منع فرما دیا تھا

Ali (Allah be pleased with him) said to Ibn 'Abbas (Allah be pleased with them) that Allah's Messenger ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) on the Day of Khaibar forbade forever the contracting of temporary marriage and the eating of the flesh of domestic asses.

Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah's Messenger (may peace upon him) having said this: One should not combine a woman and her father's sister, nor a woman and her mother's sister in marriage.

Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) reported: that Allah's Messenger ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) forbade combining of four women in marriage: a woman with her father's sister, and a woman with her mother's sister.

Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) reported: I heard Allah's Messenger ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) say: Father's sister should not be combined with her brother's daughter, nor the daughter of a sister with her mother's sister.

Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) reported that Allah's Messenger ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) forbade a person to combine in marriage a womanarid her father's sister, and a woman and her mother's sister. Ibn Shihab said: So we regarded the paternal aunt of her (wife's) father and the maternal aunt of her (wife's) father at the same level.

Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah's Messenger ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) as saying: One should not combine in marriage a woman with her father's sister, or her mother's sister.
