Ali (Allah be pleased with him) said to Ibn 'Abbas (Allah be pleased with them) that Allah's Messenger ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) on the Day of Khaibar forbade forever the contracting of temporary marriage and the eating of the flesh of domestic asses.

وحَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الطَّاهِرِ، وَحَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، قَالَا: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، وَعَبْدِ اللهِ، ابْنَيْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِمَا، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عَلِيَّ بْنَ أَبِي طَالِبٍ يَقُولُ لِابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ: «نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ مُتْعَةِ النِّسَاءِ يَوْمَ خَيْبَرَ، وَعَنْ أَكْلِ لُحُومِ الْحُمُرِ الْإِنْسِيَّةِ

یونس نے مجھے ابن شہاب سے خبر دی ، انہوں نے محمد بن علی بن ابی طالب کے بیٹوں حسن اور عبداللہ سے ( اور ) ان دونوں نے اپنے والد ( محمد بن علی ابن حنفیہ ) سے روایت کی ، انہوں نے حضرت علی بن ابی طالب رضی اللہ عنہ سے سنا ، وہ ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہ سے کہہ رہے تھے : رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے خیبر کے دن عورتوں کے ساتھ متعہ کرنے اور پالتو گدھوں کے گوشت کھانے سے منع فرما دیا تھا

Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah's Messenger (may peace upon him) having said this: One should not combine a woman and her father's sister, nor a woman and her mother's sister in marriage.

Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) reported: that Allah's Messenger ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) forbade combining of four women in marriage: a woman with her father's sister, and a woman with her mother's sister.

Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) reported: I heard Allah's Messenger ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) say: Father's sister should not be combined with her brother's daughter, nor the daughter of a sister with her mother's sister.

Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) reported that Allah's Messenger ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) forbade a person to combine in marriage a womanarid her father's sister, and a woman and her mother's sister. Ibn Shihab said: So we regarded the paternal aunt of her (wife's) father and the maternal aunt of her (wife's) father at the same level.

Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah's Messenger ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) as saying: One should not combine in marriage a woman with her father's sister, or her mother's sister.
