Narrated Ibn `Umar: The Jews brought a man and a woman who had committed illegal sexual intercourse, to the Prophet and the Prophet ordered them to be stoned to death, and they were stoned to death near the mosque where the biers used to be placed.

حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْمُنْذِرِ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو ضَمْرَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ عُقْبَةَ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنَّ الْيَهُودَ جَاءُوا إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِرَجُلٍ وَامْرَأَةٍ زَنَيَا ، فَأَمَرَ بِهِمَا ، فَرُجِمَا قَرِيبًا مِنْ حَيْثُ تُوضَعُ الْجَنَائِزُ عِنْدَ الْمَسْجِدِ .

ہم سے ابراہیم بن المنذر نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے ابوضمرہ نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے موسیٰ بن عقبہ نے، ان سے نافع نے اور ان سے ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس یہودی ایک مرد اور ایک عورت کو لے کر آئے جنہوں نے زنا کیا تھا تو نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ان کے لیے رجم کا حکم دیا اور انہیں مسجد کی ایک جگہ کے قریب رجم کیا گیا جہاں جنازے رکھے جاتے ہیں۔

Narrated Anas bin Malik: The Mountain of Uhud came in sight of Allah's Apostle who then said, This is a mountain that loves us and is loved by us. O Allah! Abraham made Mecca a sanctuary and I make the area between its (Medina's) two mountains a sanctuary.

Narrated Nafi`: `Abdullah said, The Prophet arranged for a horse race, and the prepared horses were given less food for a few days before the race to win the race, and were allowed to run from Al-Hafya to Thaniyat-al- Wada`, and the unprepared horses were allowed to run between Thaniyat-al-Wada` and the mosque of Bani Zuraiq, `Abdullah was one of those who participated in the race.
