Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Apostle said, Between my house and my pulpit there is a garden from one of the gardens of Paradise, and my pulpit is over my Lake-Tank. (Kauthar);

حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ خُبَيْبِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ حَفْصِ بْنِ عَاصِمٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : مَا بَيْنَ بَيْتِي وَمِنْبَرِي رَوْضَةٌ مِنْ رِيَاضِ الْجَنَّةِ ، وَمِنْبَرِي عَلَى حَوْضِي .

ہم سے عمر بن علی نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا ہم سے عبدالرحمٰن بن مہدی نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا ہم سے مالک نے بیان کیا، ان سے خبیب بن عبدالرحمٰن نے بیان کیا، ان سے حفص بن عاصم نے بیان کیا اور ان سے ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ”میرے حجرہ اور میرے منبر کے درمیان کی زمین جنت کے باغوں میں سے ایک باغ ہے اور میرا یہ منبر میرے حوض پر ہو گا۔“

Narrated Nafi`: `Abdullah said, The Prophet arranged for a horse race, and the prepared horses were given less food for a few days before the race to win the race, and were allowed to run from Al-Hafya to Thaniyat-al- Wada`, and the unprepared horses were allowed to run between Thaniyat-al-Wada` and the mosque of Bani Zuraiq, `Abdullah was one of those who participated in the race.
