Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet forbade that a woman should be married to a man along with her paternal aunt or with her maternal aunt (at the same time). Az-Zuhri (the sub-narrator) said: There is a similar order for the paternal aunt of the father of one's wife, for 'Urwa told me that `Aisha said, What is unlawful because of blood relations, is also unlawful because of the corresponding foster suckling relations.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَانُ ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي قَبِيصَةُ بْنُ ذُؤَيْبٍ ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ ، يَقُولُ : نَهَى النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ تُنْكَحَ الْمَرْأَةُ عَلَى عَمَّتِهَا وَالْمَرْأَةُ وَخَالَتُهَا ، فَنُرَى خَالَةَ أَبِيهَا بِتِلْكَ الْمَنْزِلَةِ .
ہم سے عبداللہ بن مبارک نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم کو عبداللہ نے خبر دی، کہا کہ مجھے یونس نے خبر دی، انہیں زہری نے، کہا کہ مجھ سے قبیصہ بن ذویب نے بیان کیا اور انہوں نے ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے سنا، وہ بیان کر رہے تھے کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اس سے منع کیا ہے کہ کسی عورت کو اس کی پھوپھی یا اس کی خالہ کے ساتھ نکاح میں جمع کیا جائے ( زہری نے کہا کہ ) ہم سمجھتے ہیں کہ عورت کے باپ کی خالہ بھی ( حرام ہونے میں ) اسی درجہ میں ہے کیونکہ ( اگلی حدیث دیکھیں ) ۔
