Narrated Yunus bin Yazid: I heard Az-Zuhri saying, I heard `Urwa bin Az-Zubair. Sa`id bin Al-Musaiyab, 'Alqama bin Waqqas and 'Ubaidullah bin `Abdullah each narrating part of the narrative concerning `Aisha the wife of the Prophet. `Aisha said: When I and Um Mistah were returning, Um Mistah stumbled by treading on the end of her robe, and on that she said, 'May Mistah be ruined.' I said, 'You have said a bad thing, you curse a man who took part in the battle of Badr!. Az-Zuhri then narrated the narration of the Lie (forged against `Aisha).

حَدَّثَنَا الْحَجَّاجُ بْنُ مِنْهَالٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ النُّمَيْرِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ الزُّهْرِيَّ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ عُرْوَةَ بْنَ الزُّبَيْرِ , وَسَعِيدَ بْنَ الْمُسَيِّبِ , وَعَلْقَمَةَ بْنَ وَقَّاصٍ , وَعُبَيْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ حَدِيثِ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , كُلٌّ حَدَّثَنِي طَائِفَةً مِنَ الْحَدِيثِ ، قَالَتْ : فَأَقْبَلْتُ أَنَا وَأُمُّ مِسْطَحٍ فَعَثَرَتْ أُمُّ مِسْطَحٍ فِي مِرْطِهَا ، فَقَالَتْ : تَعِسَ مِسْطَحٌ ، فَقُلْتُ : بِئْسَ مَا قُلْتِ , تَسُبِّينَ رَجُلًا شَهِدَ بَدْرًا , فَذَكَرَ حَدِيثَ الْإِفْكِ .

ہم سے حجاج بن منہال نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا ہم سے عبداللہ بن عمر نمیری نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے یونس بن یزید نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ میں نے زہری سے سنا، کہا کہ میں نے عروہ بن زبیر، سعید بن مسیب، علقمہ بن وقاص اور عبیداللہ بن عبداللہ سے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی زوجہ مطہرہ عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کی تہمت کے متعلق سنا۔ ان میں سے ہر ایک نے مجھ سے اس واقعہ کا کوئی حصہ بیان کیا۔ عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے بیان کیا تھا کہ میں اور ام مسطح باہر قضائے حاجت کو جا رہے تھے کہ ام مسطح رضی اللہ عنہا اپنی چادر میں الجھ کر پھسل پڑیں۔ اس پر ان کی زبان سے نکلا، مسطح کا برا ہو۔ میں نے کہا، آپ نے اچھی بات نہیں کہی۔ ایک ایسے شخص کو آپ برا کہتی ہیں جو بدر میں شریک ہو چکا ہے۔ پھر انہوں نے تہمت کا واقعہ بیان کیا۔

Narrated Ibn Shihab: These were the battles of Allah's Apostle (which he fought), and while mentioning (the Badr battle) he said, While the corpses of the pagans were being thrown into the well, Allah's Apostle said (to them), 'Have you found what your Lord promised true? `Abdullah said, Some of the Prophet's companions said, O Allah's Apostle! You are addressing dead people.' Allah's Apostle replied, 'You do not hear what I am saying, better than they.' The total number of Muslim fighters from Quraish who fought in the battle of Badr and were given their share of the booty, were 81 men. Az-Zubair said, When their shares were distributed, their number was 101 men. But Allah knows it better.

Narrated Az-Zubair: On the day of Badr, (Quraishi) Emigrants received 100 shares of the war booty.

Narrated Ibn `Umar: Bani An-Nadir and Bani Quraiza fought (against the Prophet violating their peace treaty), so the Prophet exiled Bani An-Nadir and allowed Bani Quraiza to remain at their places (in Medina) taking nothing from them till they fought against the Prophet again) . He then killed their men and distributed their women, children and property among the Muslims, but some of them came to the Prophet and he granted them safety, and they embraced Islam. He exiled all the Jews from Medina. They were the Jews of Bani Qainuqa', the tribe of `Abdullah bin Salam and the Jews of Bani Haritha and all the other Jews of Medina.

Narrated Sa`id bin Jubair: I mentioned to Ibn `Abbas Surat-Hashr. He said, Call it Surat-an-Nadir.

Narrated Anas bin Malik: Some people used to allot some date palm trees to the Prophet as gift till he conquered Banu Quraiza and Bani An-Nadir, where upon he started returning their date palms to them.

Narrated Ibn `Umar: Allah's Apostle had the date-palm trees of Bani Al-Nadir burnt and cut down at a place called Al- Buwaira. Allah then revealed: What you cut down of the date-palm trees (of the enemy) Or you left them standing on their stems. It was by Allah's Permission. (59.5)
