Aishah narrated: I twisted the garlands for the Hadi of the Prophet, then he did not assume Ihram, nor did he avoid any clothing.

حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ:‏‏‏‏ فَتَلْتُ قَلَائِدَ هَدْيِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏ثُمَّ لَمْ يُحْرِمْ وَلَمْ يَتْرُكْ شَيْئًا مِنَ الثِّيَابِ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ بَعْضِ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالُوا:‏‏‏‏ إِذَا قَلَّدَ الرَّجُلُ الْهَدْيَ وَهُوَ يُرِيدُ الْحَجَّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏لَمْ يَحْرُمْ عَلَيْهِ شَيْءٌ مِنَ الثِّيَابِ وَالطِّيبِ حَتَّى يُحْرِمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وقَالَ بَعْضُ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ:‏‏‏‏ إِذَا قَلَّدَ الرَّجُلُ هَدْيَهُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقَدْ وَجَبَ عَلَيْهِ مَا وَجَبَ عَلَى الْمُحْرِمِ

ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی الله عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی ہدی کے قلادے بٹے، پھر آپ نہ محرم ہوئے اور نہ ہی آپ نے کوئی کپڑا پہننا چھوڑا۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- یہ حدیث حسن صحیح ہے، ۲- بعض اہل علم کا اسی پر عمل ہے، وہ کہتے ہیں کہ جب آدمی ہدی ( کے جانور ) کو قلادہ پہنا دے اور وہ حج کا ارادہ رکھتا ہو تو اس پر کپڑا پہننا یا خوشبو لگانا حرام نہیں ہوتا جب تک کہ وہ احرام نہ باندھ لے، ۳- اور بعض اہل علم کا کہنا ہے کہ جب آدمی اپنے ہدی ( کے جانور ) کو قلادہ پہنا دے تو اس پر وہ سب واجب ہو جاتا ہے جو ایک محرم پر واجب ہوتا ہے۔

Najiyah Al-Khuza'i (the Companion of the Messenger of Allah) said: I said: 'O Messenger of Allah! What should be done with the afflicted among the Hadi?' He said: 'Slaughter them, then dip their sandals in their blood, then leave them so that the people can eat them.'

Anas bin Malik narrated: That the Prophet saw a man driving his Badanah so he said to him: Ride it. He said: O Messenger of Allah! It is a Badanah. So on the third or fourth time he said to him: Ride it. And woe to you!

Anas bin Malik narrted: When the Messenger of Allah stoned the Jamrah, he slaughtered his sacrifice, then he presented the barber the right side (of his head) and he shaved it, then he gave (the hair) to Abu Talhah. Then he presented the left side to him and he shaved it. Then he said: 'Divide it (the hair) among the people.'

Ibn Umar narrated that: The Messenger of Allah said: May Allah have mercy upon those who shaved saying it one or two times, then he said: And those who shortened.
