Abdullah bin Mas'ud narrated that : Allah's Messenger said: The person closest to me on the Day of Judgement is the one who sent the most Salat upon me.

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ بُنْدَارٌ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ ابْنُ عَثْمَةَ، حَدَّثَنِي مُوسَى بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الزَّمْعِيُّ، حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ كَيْسَانَ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ شَدَّادٍ أَخْبَرَهُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ أَوْلَى النَّاسِ بِي يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ أَكْثَرُهُمْ عَلَيَّ صَلَاةً قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَرُوِي عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنَّهُ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ مَنْ صَلَّى عَلَيَّ صَلَاةً صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ بِهَا عَشْرًا وَكَتَبَ لَهُ بِهَا عَشْرَ حَسَنَاتٍ

عبداللہ بن مسعود رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”قیامت کے دن مجھ سے لوگوں میں سب سے زیادہ قریب ۱؎ وہ ہو گا جو مجھ پر سب سے زیادہ صلاۃ ( درود ) بھیجے گا“۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- یہ حدیث حسن غریب ہے، ۲- نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے یہ بھی مروی ہے کہ آپ نے فرمایا ”جو مجھ پر ایک بار صلاۃ ( درود ) بھیجتا ہے، اللہ اس پر اس کے بدلے دس بار صلاۃ ( درود ) بھیجتا ہے ۲؎، اور اس کے لیے دس نیکیاں لکھی جاتی ہیں“ ( یہی حدیث آگے آ رہی ہے ) ۔

Abu Hurairah narrated that : Allah's Messenger said: Whoever sends Salat upon me, Allah sends Salat upon him ten times.

Umar bin Al-Khattab narrated: Indeed the supplication stops between the heavens and the earth. Nothing of it is raised up until you send Salat upon your Prophet.

Umar bin Al-Khattab [may Allah be pleased with him] said: No one should sell in our markets except one who has understanding in the religion.

Abu Hurairah narrated that: the Prophet said: The best day that the sun has risen upon is Friday. On it Adam was created, on it he entered Paradise, and on it, he was expelled from it. And the Hour will not be established except on Friday.

Anas bin Malik narrated that : the Prophet said: Seek out the hour that is hoped for on Friday after Asr until the sun has set.

Kathir bin Abdullah bin Amr bin Awf Al-Muzani narrated from his father, from his grandfather, that : the Prophet said: On Friday there is an hour in which the worshipper does not ask Allah for anything except that Allah grants it to him. They said: O Messenger of Allah! Which hour is it? He said: When the prayer is begun until it is finished.
