Narrated 'Ali bin Husain: from his father, from his grandfather, 'Ali bin Abi Talib: The Prophet (ﷺ) took Hasan and Husain by the hand and said: 'Whoever loves me and loves these two, and their father and mother, he shall be with me in my level on the Day of Judgement.

حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْجَهْضَمِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَخِي مُوسَى بْنُ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَخَذَ بِيَدِ حَسَنٍ،‏‏‏‏ وَحُسَيْنٍ،‏‏‏‏ فَقَالَ:‏‏‏‏ مَنْ أَحَبَّنِي وَأَحَبَّ هَذَيْنِ،‏‏‏‏ وَأَبَاهُمَا،‏‏‏‏ وَأُمَّهُمَا كَانَ مَعِي فِي دَرَجَتِي يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ هَذَا حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏لَا نَعْرِفُهُ مِنْ حَدِيثِ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ إِلَّا مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ.

علی بن ابی طالب رضی الله عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے حسن اور حسین رضی الله عنہما کا ہاتھ پکڑا اور فرمایا: ”جو مجھ سے محبت کرے، اور ان دونوں سے، اور ان دونوں کے باپ اور ان دونوں کی ماں سے محبت کرے، تو وہ قیامت کے دن میرے ساتھ میرے درجہ میں ہو گا“۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: یہ حدیث حسن غریب ہے، ہم اسے جعفر بن محمد کی روایت سے صرف اسی سند سے جانتے ہیں۔

Narrated Ibn 'Abbas: Ibn 'Abbas said: The first to perform Salat was 'Ali.

Narrated A man from the Ansar: that Zaid bin Al-Arqam said: The first to accept Islam was 'Ali. 'Amr bin Murrah said: So I mentioned that to Ibrahim An-Nakha'i, so he rejected that and said: 'The first to accept Islam was Abu Bakr As-Siddiq.'

Narrated Umm 'Atiyyah: The Prophet (ﷺ) sent an army in which was 'Ali. She said: While he was raising his hands, I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) saying: 'O Allah! Do not cause me to die until You allow me to see 'Ali.

Narrated 'Abdullah bin Az-Zubair: that Az-Zubair said: On the Day of (the battle of) Uhud, the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) wore two coats of mail. He tried to get up on a boulder, but was not able to, so Talhah squatted under him, lifting the Prophet (ﷺ) upon it, such that he could sit on the boulder. So he said: 'It (Paradise) is obligatory for Talhah.'

Narrated Jabir bin 'Abdullah: that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: Whoever would be pleased to look at a martyr walking upon the face of the earth, then let him look at Talhah bin 'Ubaidullah.
