Abu Hurairah narrated that : Allah's Messenger said: None should call the Adhan except for one with Wudu.

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ يَحْيَى الصَّدَفِيِّ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ لَا يُؤَذِّنُ إِلَّا مُتَوَضِّئٌ .

ابوہریرہ رضی الله عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”اذان وہی دے جو باوضو ہو“ ۱؎۔
