It was narrated that Jabir said: “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: ‘Whoever has an Imam, the recitation of the Imam is his recitation.’

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ صَالِحٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ جَابِرٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ جَابِرٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ مَنْ كَانَ لَهُ إِمَامٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فإِنَّ َقِرَاءَةَ الْإِمَامِ لَهُ قِرَاءَةٌ .

جابر رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جس کے لیے امام ہو تو امام کی قراءت اس کی قراءت ہے ۱؎۔

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “When the reciter says Amin, then say Amin, for the angels say Amin, and if a person’s Amin coincides with the Amin of the angels, his previous sins will be forgiven.”

It was narrated from ‘Abdul-Jabbar bin Wa’il that his father said: “I performed prayer with the Prophet (ﷺ) and when he said: ‘Nor of those who went astray’,[1:7] he said Amin and we heard that from him.”
