Translation

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that : the Messenger of Allah (saas) said: Allah says, 'I am as My slave thinks I am, and I am with him when he mentions Me. If he makes mention of Me to himself, I make mention of him to Myself; and if he makes mention of Me in an assembly, I make mention of him in an assembly better than it. And if he draws to Me a hand-span length, I draw near to him a forearm's length. And if he comes to Me walking, I go to him in a hurry.

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ،‏‏‏‏ وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ،‏‏‏‏ قَالَا:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ،‏‏‏‏ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ يَقُولُ اللَّهُ سُبْحَانَهُ:‏‏‏‏ أَنَا عِنْدَ ظَنِّ عَبْدِي بِي،‏‏‏‏ وَأَنَا مَعَهُ حِينَ يَذْكُرُنِي،‏‏‏‏ فَإِنْ ذَكَرَنِي فِي نَفْسِهِ ذَكَرْتُهُ فِي نَفْسِي،‏‏‏‏ وَإِنْ ذَكَرَنِي فِي مَلَإٍ ذَكَرْتُهُ فِي مَلَإٍ خَيْرٍ مِنْهُمْ،‏‏‏‏ وَإِنِ اقْتَرَبَ إِلَيَّ شِبْرًا اقْتَرَبْتُ إِلَيْهِ ذِرَاعًا،‏‏‏‏ وَإِنْ أَتَانِي يَمْشِي أَتَيْتُهُ هَرْوَلَةً .

ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: اللہ تعالیٰ فرماتا ہے: میں اپنے بندے کے گمان کے ساتھ ہوں، جیسا وہ گمان مجھ سے رکھے، اور میں اس کے ساتھ ہوں جب وہ میرا ذکر کرتا ہے، اگر وہ میرا دل میں ذکر کرتا ہے تو میں بھی دل میں اس کا ذکر کرتا ہوں، اور اگر وہ میرا ذکر لوگوں میں کرتا ہے تو میں ان لوگوں سے بہتر لوگوں میں اس کا ذکر کرتا ہوں، اور اگر وہ مجھ سے ایک بالشت نزدیک ہوتا ہے تو میں ایک ہاتھ اس کے قریب ہوتا ہوں، اور اگر وہ چل کر میرے پاس آتا ہے تو میں اس کی جانب دوڑ کر آتا ہوں ۱؎۔

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger : of Allah (saas) said: Every deed of the son of Adam will be multiplied for him, between ten and seven hundred times for each merit. Allah said: 'Except for fasting, for it is for Me and I shall reward for it.' (sahih)

It was narrated that Abu Musa said: The Prophet (saas) heard me saying: 'La hawla wa la quwwata illa billah (there is no power and no strength except with Allah).' He said: 'O 'Abdullah bin Qais! Shall I not tell you of a word which is one of the treasures of Paradise?' I said: 'Yes, O Messenger of Allah.' He said: 'Say: La hawla wa la quwwata illa billah (There is no power and no strength except with Allah).'

It was narrated that Abu Dharr said: The Messenger of Allah (saas) said to me: Shall I not tell you of a treasure which is one of the treasures of Paradise?' I said: 'Yes, O Messenger of Allah.' He said: 'La hawla wa la quwwata illa billah (There is no power and no strength except with Allah).' (sahih)

It was narrated that Hazim bin Harmalah said: I passed by the Prophet (saas) and he said to me: 'O Hazim, say often: La hawla wa la quwwata illa billah (there is no power and no strength except with Allah), for it is one of the treasures of Paradise.'
