Dawud bin ‘Ajlan said: “We performed Tawaf with Abu ‘Iqal in the rain, and when we finished our Tawaf, we came behind the Maqam. He said: I performed Tawaf with Anas bin Malik in the rain. When we finished the Tawaf, we came behind the Maqam and prayed two Rak’ah.’ Anas said to us: ‘Start your deeds anew, for you have been forgiven. This is what the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said to us when we performed Tawaf with him in the rain.’”
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ الْعَدَنِيُّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا دَاوُدُ بْنُ عَجْلَانَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ طُفْنَا مَعَ أَبِي عِقَالٍ فِي مَطَرٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَلَمَّا قَضَيْنَا طَوَافَنَا أَتَيْنَا خَلْفَ الْمَقَامِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقَالَ:‏‏‏‏ طُفْتُ مَعَ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ فِي مَطَرٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَلَمَّا قَضَيْنَا الطَّوَافَ أَتَيْنَا الْمَقَامَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَصَلَّيْنَا رَكْعَتَيْنِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقَالَ لَنَا أَنَسٌ:‏‏‏‏ ائْتَنِفُوا الْعَمَلَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقَدْ غُفِرَ لَكُمْ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏هَكَذَا قَالَ لَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَطُفْنَا مَعَهُ فِي مَطَرٍ .
داود بن عجلان کہتے ہیں کہ   ہم نے ابوعقال ( ہلال بن زید ) کے ساتھ بارش میں طواف کیا، جب ہم طواف کر چکے تو مقام ابراہیم کے پیچھے آئے، تو انہوں نے کہا: میں نے انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ کے ساتھ بارش میں طواف کیا، جب ہم طواف کر چکے تو مقام ابراہیم پر آئے اور وہاں دو رکعتیں پڑھیں، انس رضی اللہ عنہ نے ہم سے کہا: اب نئے سرے سے اپنے عمل کا حساب سمجھو کیونکہ تمہارے گناہ بخش دئیے گئے، ایسے ہی رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ہم سے فرمایا تھا، اور ہم نے آپ کے ساتھ بارش میں طواف کیا تھا۔

It was narrated that Abu Sa’eed said: “The Prophet (ﷺ) and his Companions performed Hajj walking from Al-Madinah to Makkah. He said: ‘Tie your lower garments around your waists,’ and he alternated between walking and jogging.”

It was narrated that Jabir bin ‘Abdullah said: “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) sacrificed two rams on the Day of ‘Eid. When he turned them to face towards the prayer direction he said: ‘Verily, I have turned my face towards Him Who has created the heavens and the earth, as a monotheist, and I am not of the polytheists. Verily, my prayer, my sacrifice, my living, and my dying are for Allah, the Lord of all that exists. He has no partner. And of this I have been commanded, and I am the first of the Muslims. [6:79,162-163] O Allah, from You to You, on behalf of Muhammad and his nation.’”

It was narrated from ‘Aishah and Abu Hurairah that when the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) wanted to offer a sacrifice, he brought two large, fat, horned, black-and-white, castrated rams. He slaughtered one on behalf of his nation, for whoever testified to Allah with monotheism and that he had conveyed (the Message), and he slaughtered the other on behalf of Muhammad and the family of Muhammad (ﷺ).
