It was narrated from Abu Sa'eed Al-Khudri that :
the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) forbade Mulamasah and Munabadhah. (Sahih) Sahl added: Sufyan said: 'Mulamasah means when a man touches something with his hand without seeing it, and Munabadhah means when he says: Toss me what you have, and I will toss you what have.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَسَهْلُ بْنُ أَبِي سَهْلٍ قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ اللَّيْثِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، نَهَى عَنِ الْمُلَامَسَةِ وَالْمُنَابَذَةِ . زَادَ سَهْلٌ، قَالَ سُفْيَانُ: الْمُلَامَسَةُ: أَنْ يَلْمِسَ الرَّجُلُ بِيَدِهِ الشَّيْءَ وَلَا يَرَاهُ وَالْمُنَابَذَةُ، أَنْ يَقُولَ: أَلْقِ إِلَيَّ مَا مَعَكَ وَأُلْقِي إِلَيْكَ مَا مَعِي.
ابو سعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے بیع ملامسہ و منابذہ سے منع کیا ہے۔ سہل نے اتنا مزید کہا ہے کہ سفیان نے کہا کہ ملامسہ یہ ہے کہ آدمی ایک چیز کو ہاتھ سے چھوئے اور اسے دیکھے نہیں، ( اور بیع ہو جائے ) اور منابذہ یہ ہے کہ ہر ایک دوسرے سے کہے کہ جو تیرے پاس ہے میری طرف پھینک دے، اور جو میرے پاس ہے وہ میں تیری طرف پھینکتا ہوں ( اور بیع ہو جائے ) ۔
