Translation

It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas that: a woman came to the Prophet and became Muslim, and a man married her. Then her first husband came and said: O Messenger of Allah, I became Muslim with her, and she knew that I was Muslim. So the Messenger of Allah took her away from her second husband and returned her to her first husband.

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ جُمَيْعٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا سِمَاكٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عِكرِمَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنَّ امْرَأَةً جَاءَتْ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَأَسْلَمَتْ فَتَزَوَّجَهَا رَجُلٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ فَجَاءَ زَوْجُهَا الْأَوَّلُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقَالَ:‏‏‏‏ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏إِنِّي قَدْ كُنْتُ أَسْلَمْتُ مَعَهَا وَعَلِمَتْ بِإِسْلَامِي، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ فَانْتَزَعَهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ زَوْجِهَا الْآخَرِ وَرَدَّهَا إِلَى زَوْجِهَا الْأَوَّلِ .

عبداللہ بن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ ایک عورت نے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس آ کر اسلام قبول کیا، اور اس سے ایک شخص نے نکاح کر لیا، پھر اس کا پہلا شوہر آیا اور کہنے لگا: اللہ کے رسول! میں اپنی عورت کے ساتھ ہی مسلمان ہوا تھا، اور اس کو میرا مسلمان ہونا معلوم تھا، تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اس عورت کو دوسرے شوہر سے چھین کر پہلے شوہر کے حوالے کر دیا۔

It was narrated from Muhajir bin Abu Muslim, from Asma' bint Yazid bin Sakary who was his freed slave womary that: she heard the Messenger of Allah say: Do not kill your children secretly, for by the One in Whose Hand is my soul, intercourse with a breastfeeding woman catches up with people when they are riding their horses (in battle) and wrestles them to the ground.

The Messenger of Allah said: 'They carry children and give birth to them and are compassionate. If they do not annoy their husbands, those among them who perform prayer will enter Paradise. '
