It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: Bilal calls the Adhan during the night, so eat and drink until Ibn Umm Maktum calls (the Adhan)
أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ مَالِكٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ إِنَّ بِلَالًا يُؤَذِّنُ بِلَيْلٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَكُلُوا وَاشْرَبُوا حَتَّى يُنَادِيَ ابْنُ أُمِّ مَكْتُومٍ .
عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہم سے روایت ہے کہ   رسول اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا:  بلال رات ہی میں اذان دیتے ہیں تو تم لوگ کھاؤ پیو ۱؎ یہاں تک کہ ( عبداللہ )  ابن ام مکتوم اذان دیں ۔

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) commanded Bilal to call the Adhan when dawn broke. then the next day he delayed Fajr until it was very light, then he told him to call the Adhan and he prayed. Then he said: This is the time for the prayer.
