It was narrated that Abu Sa'eed said: The Prophet [SAW] mentioned a woman who filled her ring with musk and said: 'That is the best of perfume.'

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاق، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ غَزْوَانَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ أَنْبَأَنَا شُعْبَةُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ خُلَيْدِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالْمُسْتَمِرُ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ أَبِي نَضْرَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ ذَكَرَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ امْرَأَةً حَشَتْ خَاتَمَهَا بِالْمِسْكِ فَقَالَ:‏‏‏‏ وَهُوَ أَطْيَبُ الطِّيبِ .

ابو سعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ایک عورت کا ذکر کیا، اس نے اپنی انگوٹھی میں مشک بھر رکھی تھی، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”وہ سب سے عمدہ خوشبو ہے“ ۱؎۔
